Quayside Whitby

Our licensed restaurant has air conditioning, disabled access and is family friendly with a children’s menu, high chairs and baby change facilities. Or grab a take-away and wander along the pier with our delicious fish and chips.

Quayside is located on Pier Road in Whitby right on the harbour, so it makes the ideal place to come and enjoy award winning fish and chips. Quayside has won several awards, including the coveted 'Fish and Chip Shop of the Year' award and prides itself on selling delicious, sustainable fish and seafood. The restaurant was the first in Yorkshire to become certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) for their commitment to sustainable fish and seafood.

Quayside was opened in 1999 and remains family owned and run by eldest son, Stuart Fusco, who is the Head Frier. Quayside has full facilities for disabled customers and family facilities, including both infant and toddler high chairs, a children's menu and colouring-in sheets. The restaurant also offers gluten free fish and chips with no need to pre-book.
