The Signature Lodge

Sleeps 5

A  detached lodge that arrived at Rockands Lodges in October 2016.  Rievaulx  sits next to the children's play area and faces the unspoilt fields and woods.

On a clear day you can see the Howardian Hills.

The property is accessed via steps or a wooden ramp.  Everything in this lodge is set on one floor and consists of an open plan living room, dining and kitchen meaning you can still entertain whilst preparing food on the gas hob & oven.

The property consists of 2 bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with en suite shower.   The twin bedroom has a trundle bed meaning 3 children can easily sleep in the bedroom.
The family bathroom has a step in shower unit and WC.

  • Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful, relaxing site. Lodges are lovely and clean, with everything you could possibly need for a short break away. Child and pet friendly too! Pickering is just a short drive away with its lovely shops and castle. We had a fab day on the North York Moors Railway to Whitby and back. We really enjoyed our mini-break, thank you. • Amazing weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, gorgeous and homely for arrival, heating already on. Every appliance needed was available, so no need to eat out every night. Very clean and the television very modern and just the right size for a cosy night on the sofa after a day out. Had our pups been toilet trained by now we would have taken them as it was extremely dog friendly, which these days most places aren't. We would definitely return back for another visit, just generally a lovely location with a beautiful cabin. If you're thinking of booking up do not hesitate it's well worth a visit! • We stayed in Lodge 3 which looked out over fields, you could sit out on the terrace and not be too disturbed by cars going past to the other lodges. Spaced far enough apart and with room to park our camper van which is 4mtr long outside the lodge and a turning space up by reception which is at the top of the site so made it easy to come back out again without having to back up, everything you need including things like washing up liquid and hand soap in the bathroom, enough pots and pans, crockery, cutlery etc small shop on site which had basics and some luxury items local jams, chutneys etc Mrs O Hara, Holywell

  • When we arrived we were meet and given a lovely welcome, we bought a few items from the little shop that is there as you always forget a few things, the accommodation was lovely and the peace and quite was great, when it got dark the whole place turned into a different place as all of the tiny lights all around the lodges and down to the road gave it a magical look. being able to take the dog was great as she loved the walks.
