Why Middleham?
Middleham is a small market town located south of Leyburn and north of Masham on the edge ot the Yorkshire Dales; it has been associated with training racehorses for over 200 years and today it is still Middleham's biggest employer. Tourism also plays a part in the town's economy because of the Norman castle ruins and the excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes around the market square.
