Something for everyone across three generations and four dogs!
Breathtaking views nearby. Conveniently located near Summerbridge and the local farm for raw milk and free range eggs. The adjoining cottages are excellently furnished with a home-from-home feel. Welcomed by home-made cakes and a tea service all set up and ready to go, our every need has been catered to! The washer/dryer has been a blessing with all the rain and the dishwasher, a bonus. The WiFi has been a necessity for those of us checking in with work and for the resident teenager - who has also enjoyed the day trips and attractions - especially York! Excellent communication prior to the trip. We would come back again. Frankie6500, Ipswich

Wonderful Hostess, wonderful views, wonderful walking!
We rented the Old Barn with fantastic views both out front toward the pasture and valley, and the beautiful woodland out back. The woodland was thick with bluebells and very nice natural walking trails. The Old Barn was spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed both for comfortable living and cooking. Very, very clean! The double beds up stairs were the BEST of comfort and cleanliness! The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of hot water for the great shower/tub, not to mention the fantastic view! Rosemary was a gracious hostess, very welcoming, fun to talk to, lots of recommendations for the surrounding area. She made us feel very much at home. Thank you Rosemary! Margaret O

Great stay
Our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful weeks holiday over the New Year Period in the two lodges which made into one large one. The accommodation was far better than we expected as everywhere had been updated since we viewed the web site.
The owners made us very welcome and very helpful. On our arrival there were homemade cakes and tea cups etc laid out for us. It was a dellghtful stay and would definitely recommend it. Elizabeth Y
