Why Burnsall?

Burnsall is a small village nestling against the hillside in Wharfedale alongside the river Wharfe. It is very popular with walkers, fishermen, cyclists, rock climbers, pot holers and children who brave the always cold but clean river water to paddle in the summer months. Accommodation varies from country house hotel to simple bed and breakfast and all offer good value. It is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and close to Bolton Abbey, Hebden and Grassington.
