Barnsley is located between Leeds (17 miles) and Sheffield (11 miles) and is accessible from the M1. Situated in the heart of Yorkshire, the town not only contains a bustling centre providing shops, restaurants and cafes but also easy access to some beautiful countryside. Barnsley's famous market has been a local landmark for over seven hundred years and has both indoor and open areas.
