Our Park

Our award winning park is an ideal base for those wishing to explore Harrogate, Wetherby, Leeds York and the surrounding countryside. The park is situated in a secluded backwater in the heart of Emmerdale Country, just across the river Wharfe from the Harewood House Estate, which was the recent setting for the ITV drama ‘Victoria’. The scenic Yorkshire dales are just a short drive from Maustin Park, with many more attractions nearby, including: RHS Harlow Carr, Ripley Castle, Lotherton Hall & The Royal Armouries, to name just a few. With just a short drive, you can find something for everyone. The Red Kites released in to the wild from Harewood Bird Garden are a spectacular sight soaring high over the park on a daily basis. You can be assured of a very warm and friendly welcome here at Maustin Park.

Offering a variety of home cooked meals with a fantastic specials board. The chefs pride themselves on our fabulous Steak Nights & Sunday Lunch. Make sure you leave some room for one of our mouth watering desserts as they are not to be missed. All our food is sourced locally and served to you in lovely surroundings at a very reasonable price. We also serve a wide range of local beers and a good selection of wines and spirits.

BOWLING

There is an outdoor bowling green on the park where you can try your hand and for the more serious bowler, membership to the club is available. Many tournaments are held throughout the year culminating in a trophy presentation evening at the end of the bowling season.

FISHING

The River Wharfe, which provides fantastic fishing, is only a few hundred yards away and can be accessed via a public footpath close to the park. A leisurely stroll along the river bank is a must on a glorious hot summers day
