Draughton Riding Centre

Draughton Riding Centre was established in 1984 and located high on a hill looking down on the beautiful, ever changing scenery of Wharfedale, Airedale and beyond. Draughton Riding Centre is a licensed, friendly, family run equestrian centre which is approved by the British Horse Society and offers BHS qualified tuition; we are always striving to maintain and exceed high expectations.

The Riding Centre caters for both children and adults of all ages and capabilities. We offer group, private, lunge and jumping lessons together with hacking. We also organize Pony Days, Birthday Parties, Show Jumping and Dressage Competitions.

We try to accommodate individual requirements and are happy to discuss any arrangements to suit your needs.

Liveries

We offer comfortable, airy stables. We use the best quality barley straw or shavings for beds, local grade 1 organic haylage, seed and meadow hay. Horses are turned out all year round on a rota system, rugged and unrugged when they go out and come in, fed correctly, shod regularly and are cared for by experienced staff. We feel that the yard has a happy atmosphere for horses and owners.
