  • Brillant Wigwam………………
Stayed recently for one night in one of the 3 WigWams.
They are brilliant and have all you need for a comfy stay.
The WigWams are quite large and the beds can be combined to make one huge bed.
The site overall is very clean and tidy with good facilities and run by a lovely woman called Jo.
Plenty of space to have a BBQ too.
Would definitely reccomend this place to others.

  • We booked to stay for 2 nights in our tent during August. We had a warm welcome and were given all information we may need before setting up the tent! The site itself has some great views and is a great size, toilets and showers were always clean when we visited. One shower was not a problem during our stay - it was always empty when I needed it! Added bonus was wifi! It meant we could watch a film together after our 8 year old had gone to sleep and needed it to be dark! Would definitely return!

  • I forgot to write a review when I stayed in a Wigwam in November, but I've also recently arrived home from a wonderful trip to the same campsite staying in a tent. Both trips have been really good. Jo, the owner, is wonderful and so friendly. Fresh eggs are available on request from the chickens that Jo owns. Showers & toilets are modern and always tidy. The tent pitches are also a great size. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much Jo for another brilliant stay!

  • Me & my partner stayed in the beech wigwam last night. For someone who hates to camp & be away from home comforts i literally can't fault it! Huge comfy bed, toilets immaculate & such a welcoming environment! The wigwams are spacious with kettle, toaster, microwave & fridge. The bed is bloody huge! We took disposable BBQs to which we were told stands were provided free of charge, the owner welcomed us and showed us around the site, she was very friendly & helpful. Picnic benches are outside the wigwam and the views are amazing. I must say I was very impressed with the wifi, it was free and super quick to the point where my partner could watch the football on the iPad without any problems. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for a lovely chilled break.

  • Myself and my wife just spent four days here. Really enjoyed it. Well worth the visit. Very nice people and helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Will be returning back very soon. Nice walks, views. Shops not too far away, within walking distance 13th Aug 2016
  • We stayed here over the August Bank Holiday weekend, with our 8-man tent.
First impressions were very good - the owner is very friendly and greeted us when we arrived, then showed us the various facilities.
The campsite is small, with stunning views. There are only 2 toilets and 1 shower for each gender, but we never had to queue. The showers were free, powerful and hot - and none of those annoying push buttons that time out every 10 seconds. There is a separate hut for washing up, with 2 sinks and draining boards. This is one of the places you can also get your drinking water - the other is outside the toilet block.
As the site is small there is no shop or playground - although there was a plastic playhouse for smaller kids.
Not far from Otley where there are shops and restaurants, and there is a pub a couple of hundred yards walk away.
We were really impressed with this campsite - lovely location, fantastic owners and very reasonably priced (£15 pn or £18 with ehu)

  • We stayed for a weekend back in July at the start of the school holidays taking the tent having already enjoyed a weekend in the pods a year earlier. A family of four I arrived the day before my husband with our children. I was useless at putting up the tent single handedly but there was loads of others there on hand who were more than willing to lend a hand and we were up in no time. A lovely site with fabulous views across the dales. The facilities are great with lovely clean loos and shower.
